Hi,
I I have cash Tawian dollars and I want to wire money as fast as I can to U.S say 400.00u.s what is a good way to do it? Can I send it to my paypal ? If so how ? I only have cash no bank here as I just arrived.

Go to a Bank of Taiwan branch before 3:30pm, bring your passport and have your recipient details ready. They might be open today.

If you are really stuck , you may be able to use western union to send it to an individual for collection . Tends to be pricier in fees but pretty instant.

Correct. WU is fastest but AFAIK it is only allowed for ARC holders (anti money laundering). I assume OP does not have one, so I didn’t mention it.

I think all places that would handle cash are closed on weekends (today is a “make up day” though, so maybe they were open today). If you have a credit or debit card you could try to use the Western Union website (or MoneyGram) to send the money online. Will typically take two biz days though.

My money transfers from Cathay to Bank of America are posted and available by the time I wake up the next morning. So less than 24hrs.
