Don’t know the address but I do know they play Ice hockey there with the expats. Address find out with Monoclub at 02 23212065 in taipei. The owner is Jeff Le cren. He might know someone who knows. He is involved with rollerblading clubs and sometimes rollerhockey in taipei. He knows of people in taichung that play ice there.
there was one in the wannian dept store in hsimending (xining and emei) don’t remember if it’s still there.
