Thank you for answering me back, I didn’t know why i got refuse and didn’t recognize on my learning assistant application.
There is no reason why one can’t teach either. It requires training and a test to be an examiner. Perhaps that is the issue?
EDIT: Are you required to have a TOEFL/IELTS score before you are allowed to teach? Is that the issue?
