I’m in a desperate situation. I’m an international student applying to NTU for the fall semester, and the only way my application will be accepted is if it’s delivered in person by March 15 (they won’t accept deliveries by mail after March 7) to the Office of International Affairs. I’m willing to pay 100 USD to someone trustworthy who can give me his/her address, so that I can mail my application to that address, and then that person will deliver it in person to NTU before the March 15 deadline.
