Should be given the death penalty: Forcing him to stand on a road and get ram by a car/truck/bus or whatever does the most damage.
People who own a bunch of land past down generations. They kinda work as landlords and allow people to construct things on their land etc.
Retired executives that are still major shareholders. They tend to give executive positions and shares to their children who become board members by title. I know a few of these people who are board members and pretend to work when they don’t shit. Probably a good thing, because some of them are complete morons and losers. Zero leadership qualities.

We should not be worried about the IDIOTS, but yes the people who are affected by them. I believe such drivers should be banned for life, if they commit an offense like this. But with proper investigation to see if it was really something under their control that the incident happened.
