Images of Taiwanese fighting for freedom

Hundreds of Thousands of Taiwanese demostrate their dissatisfaction with the oppressive ROC government. Taiwaners have finally learned from their Hong Kongers compatroits.

Taking up arms and going to the street to smash the corrupt party. Who needs an arms package when you have mallets?

Cultural revitalization of Taiwanese root. Playing the traditional Taiwanese drum and waving the traditional Taiwanese party flag.

LOL you’re so funny.

I think this confirms what most people think about you…
…that you’re some pan-blue or pan-red kid trying to embarrass those who believe that Hong Kong deserves democracy or those that believe that the people of Taiwan should get to choose their own future.

Anyway nice pictures of a KMT rally. I’ve seen much larger for the DPP ones against China.

Oh and the fact that you think that the ROC = KMT proves that you’re really at least Pan-Blue.

And you wanted to ban him…

Don’t you realize that silly people make this forum rich and lively? If it wasn’t for Bill O’reilly or Al Franken, the news would never be so funny.

Who said anything about banning? Is your problem with accurately reading my posts surfacing again?

Al Franken and Bill O Reilly make clear which side they’re on. Plus Al Franken is a Democrat who makes fun of Republicans. He doesn’t claim to be a die-hard Republican then makes embarrassing encompassing statements.

PS: I can’t believe you sent me a PM about being on Forumosa too much. I’m only here four times a week. Pot calling the kettle black.

ROC = DPP administration
KMT = Opposition party

HK = Leaders in fighting for political freedom against PRC oppression.

In an earlier post, you suggested moderators should screen XGDL because he was being “a troll” for promoting Indepednence for Hong Kong.

No seriously, someone should check your IP addresses and match it with the CitizenChen/TaipeiROT variants which sarcastically support Okinawan and Hong Kong independence.

Let it be a warning to you that if you genuinely believe in ‘Hong Kong Independence’ (which is kinda funny because I remember the day you proclaimed that Pinyin was bad, yet you use it in your login), that your nature just suggests to most people that you’re totally pro-China. You usually spout something silly with the constituency of swiss cheese and then when someone points out the weak nature of your usually stereotypical arguments, you don’t bother defending yourself.

You seem to be just a mole.

Sorry but most people will just find your ploy obvious. And if it isn’t a ploy, well that’s just sad.[/quote]

In any event both Al Franken and Bill O’Reilly are shrills for their respective parties and they both make embarrassing statements. You are quite similar to both Franken and O’Reilly by being a TSU shrill and even having the nerve to suggest that XGDL and I are the same person. :loco:

Based on your logic, you and Ludahai are the same person because he defended you when you claimed cities that hosted the Olympics all fell.
:loco:

If you really do have a life and are not obsessed with forumosa, you would not have bothered to make mindless PMs gloating over your petty victories over replies to various threads in this forum :loco:

Hahahahaha! Gave me a good laugh that one! The “Taiwanesers”, or whatever we’re calling them this week have learnt what? To follow the “Hong Kongesers” philosophy of 誰對我好,就靠誰 ?

I like - Taiwegians…(props to whoever it was that posted that one.)

Not sure about - Taiweeners, Taiwaners, YamHeads (island shape thing) or ‘Noisy bin lang spewers who can’t drive and have very bad haircuts.’

I strongly disagree. Since TP is a controversial topic, the participants in this forum should present their views with an extra degree of respect for everyone. I expect posters to contribute to our understanding of TP issues by presenting facts, making reasoned arguments, and refraining from ad-hominem attacks or appeals to nationalist sentiment.

No offence, but I have been getting empty threats from certain members through the PM system :s

That would be totally opposit of what Taiwan politics is all about.

Well, I guess I’m just a contrarian then

At least you tried. :bravo:

I would think it would be that most people don’t care so much about idealism or civil improvement, but about power and money. I’ve heard about one particular director that just sleeps often, on the job.

Or it could be like working at some place like BestBuy or CircuitCity or CompUSA, the job corrupts you. When someone doesn’t order the extended warranty, you go in the back room, and come out lying that the item is out of stock.

They would be fired If they did that. It’s not like you ever tricked customers right?

Speaking of contrarians…

CSB has changed his campaign slogans around a little bit. He warns that cross-strait contacts will shrink if the pan-Blues win this weekend.

It makes you wonder, doesn’t it? Does this mean the TSU and other hard-core TI-ers should be rallying on behalf of the Blues?

I guess so. :astonished:

If the TSU and TIP are for the reduction of Chinese contacts, shouldn’t they support the blues if that is the platform they are running on?

What are you on about? :unamused: :unamused:

All my customers have working systems. :raspberry:

CSB throws everyone off the train, and under the campaign bus today.

Claims today that Chen Che-nan applied for a higher position numerous times over the previous years, but that he had never promoted him because of rumors he had heard. (See, CSB remains a great judge of character firmly in charge of his administration!) Oh, also claims that Chen Che-nan’s son should never be elected mayor of Kaohsiung in the future because of the incident.

Also, stabs Frank Xie in the back. He says (my translated quote): “the Kaohsiung deal started before I became president; I have nothing to do with that. Xie was mayor of Kaohsiung when the deal came down… everyone thinks we’re buddies, but I don’t need to lie to anyone, there’s always been tension in our relationship… that’s been an open secret, also.” “Whatever happened in Kaohsiung has nothing to do with me, in Taipei.”

Ah, lovely man, CSB is.

Don’t be naive, no they aren’t fired. Managers tend to need to meet a quota and turn a blind eye.

Reps would usually tell me a hot item was out of stock if I answered that I didnt want the protection plan (the ones that ask before they go get the item). However once I began to say that I want the protection plans, they’d always bring the item. I’d then tell them I changed my mind.
