Import duty and taxes on books into Taiwan?

I’m sure this thread has been discussed elsewhere but I can’t seem to find anything.

I’m wondering if anyone can quote me the taxes and import duty regulations for bringing new books into Taiwan.

I’m thinking about large volumes. Perhaps a sea container.

Does anyone know if ‘used’ books fall under the same regulations?
