how would one go about doing it legally? alcoholic beverages are one thing in mind, also toothpaste, if there any special regulations in those areas? thanks.

    a. You need to get a license from NTA.

  2. toothpaste
    No special regulation as I know, unless it’s a DENTAL PASTE. If it’s a dental paste, you have to get a license from DOH.
