Inflamed Achilles tendon

I love to run in the mornings, but whenever I get start to run every morning for 20 -30 minutes I get a sore Achilles tendon on my right leg. I have to stop running for a while to let it heal, so I’m never able to get into a regular running habit. I think it’s probably something to do with my running gait, which I can’t easily fix, but I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with this problem.
