I will be going to Hsinchu for the summer working at the science park. Does anyone know what time do the locals usually play basketball outdoors and at what location? I have heard the universities are usually a good place to check out. Which Universities and/or schools in Hsinchu are popular basketball places? Is it usually free to play outdoors? Also, are the locals friendly toward westernized Asian Americans who want to play with them? Thanks for the help.
