“club soda” is just soda water (not sure if it’s called that outside of US or if you’re from there,) they have cans of it at welcome. Cream soda maybe at Wellman’s in tienmu or something, maybe not.
Not sure about butterscotch syrup.

coffee supply stores on Fuxing North between Civic and Zhong xiao, almost at Civic, might have it among their coffee flavouring syrups (bleargh).
