Hi, hopefully this is in the right forum.
In a situation where both parents pass away suddenly with 4 children, my understanding is that by default all 4 children will split the inheritance equally. I read somewhere else that all 4 successors must be present at the same time in order to authorize the transfer of assets. What happens if one child refuses to be present? Will this prevent the other 3 from inheriting assets?
