I am trying to find more information about the bike path network that it is supposed to be finished within this year, without any result. Here some links:

I know that 2015 in Taiwan could be transformed in 2025 easily, but at least they should have a planning.

I would like to find a website, app, whatever with maps of the bikeways. I mean actual maps, not manga-style maps. Do you guys know where can I find something useful?

This is what president Ma said: “I have instructed the Ministry of Transportation and Communications to prioritize mapping the network and promoting it abroad.” I think that they should start promoting it inside the country first…

It’s mostly bullshit. This thing was ready in 2012 and 2013 and so on. Maps? Good luck. Even with the backing of Lonely Planet and the Taiwan Tourism Bureau I could not get anything from thr Sports Council on this except a generic media statement. That tells you a lot. The government body in charge of this is secretive, unaccountable and filled with assholes.
