If you win a lawsuit in Taiwan and you win NT$XXX,XXX plus two years’ interest, how much is the interest calculated at? Anyone know?

I assume that you are in Taiwan.
It would be a simple matter to walk into the counseling section of any local court, get a number, and then go to the counter and ask.
Personally speaking, I imagine it is at the official rate posted by Taiwan’s Central Bank …
