International School Enrolment

Hi - I work in aviation recruitment and looking to assist one of my pilots who needs to enrol his daughter into an international school in Taiwan. From what I understand there is a waiting list? We could do with help to get her into a school sooner and wondered how best to do this? Any tips will be appreciated.

Just any international school?
The Japanese international school has a different application process than the French international school.

At the moment the first choice is Dominican International but that might change if he cant get her in
