Hi everyone -
I am an intern new to Taipei for the summer, and was wondering how one would go about meeting others in a similar situation, in the city or elsewhere on the island, tied in to the recent LY decision to actually allow real paid interns to come here. Beyond the purely social aspect, I’m researching and (if I actually find enough) writing an article for a business magazine about what interns around here are up to. Graduate and undergrad would both qualify, in pretty much any sector. So far, though, I know only four, and that’s me and the others that work with me. So, if anyone out there knows an intern, or knows any of their popular haunts, or even better actually is one, please give me a shout.
