We hope to use this Facebook event as an opportunity to encourage more international
professionals come and to work in Taiwan—to make successful careers, and to make their
dreams come true.

- Participants
Participants must be professionals who are working legally in Taiwan.
Winners must provide a valid foreign passport and Taiwan work permit enabling organizers to
verify.
- Period of Activity: Now until 5p.m., Fri, Aug. 26 st , 2016(Taiwan time)
The winners will be announced at 12p.m., Fri, Sep 9th, 2016(Taiwan time)
- How to Join
Step 1. Participants must click the Like button on “InvesTaiwan Service Center” Facebook

Step 2. Take one selfie, either during work or during your weekend jaunt at one of the
designated locations. For information on the designated places, please check this website:

Step 3. Upload your photo to the event page「Invest Yourself, Invest Taiwan Pictures
Wanted!」, along with approximately 50 words describing the times and places of the
photos, together with your thoughts at the time. Writing may be in Chinese, English, or
Japanese.
Step 4. Be sure to share your post on your personal Facebook wall with Public to qualify for
the contest.
- Regulations for Selection
(1) Grading standard (full score 100): Topic & Creativity 40%, Visual Effects 30%, Content
30%.
(2) A panel of judges will evaluate eligible works for each session. Their scores will
determine the winners. The panel of judges will be composed of three people from the
Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs and the InvesTaiwan
Service Center. There will be 15 winners, 12 “outstanding” winners will be awarded an
international talent card (Gold Card), and the top 3 will receive an a fabulous one-day-
tour in Tainan for free. In case of a tie, the judges will choose one.
(3) Winners must provide a valid foreign passport and Taiwan work permit enabling
organizers to verify. Failure to comply may result in disqualification of winner.
- Prizes
(1) 1st Place ~ 3rd Place: International talent card (Gold Card)/ Fun Taiwan Creative Book
and one-day- tour in Tainan for free (the tour venue will be announced by Corporate
Synergy Development Center.)
(2) Outstanding prize: 12 winners, International talent card (Gold Card)/Fun Taiwan Creative
Book
(3) Participation Award: Ok stand for tablets computer
- Terms and conditions
(1) By participating in this contest, all entrants automatically accept these Terms and
Conditions of Entry.
(2) The Contest Organizers has the right to disqualify any entrant if the entrant submits any
illegal content, improper content or any content that infringes upon the rights of other
people.
(3) Participants must agree the Organizers have the right to publish, promote and exhibit all
photos and text for any purposes.
(4) Each participant can only get the prize once.
(5) Winners must provide a valid foreign passport and Taiwan work permit enabling
organizers to verify. Failure to comply may result in disqualification of winner.
(6) The Organizers reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions stated herein and
may withdraw or discontinue the contest at any time without prior notice. All matters
and disputes will be subjected to the final decision of the InvesTaiwan Service Center.
(7) The English version for these Terms & Conditions shall prevail on “InvesTaiwan Service
Center” Facebook fan page, if there is a difference between the Chinese version and the
