IBKR can accept Euro or USD. The Euro one is in Germany but it just gets credited to your account all the same, takes a day or two at most. Converting between currencies on IBKR is really good, fantastic rates. ---

I’m afraid IBKR is currently the best choice out there as other brokerage charge a very high fee but IBKR is strict on their compliance system, some people failed to open an account in IBKR. ---
