I think there’s also something separate where you can switch to electronic statements only, or direct debits from a bank account — IIRC, there’s a separate sheet of paper that often comes with the bill but I’ve never bothered to read it so I’m not sure.
But yeah, none of this seems like it would make my life even slightly easier compared with what I’ve been doing up to now, which is why I haven’t bothered trying to “fix” it.
