Hmm, the weirdest thing is just happening. My iPod obviously crashed, no matter what I press or other ideas I come up with, nothing helps. Did that happen to your iPod before, what do you do?

If you get frequent lockups, you might want to update the firmware on your iPod. If you have iTunes 7 there’s an updater function built in. For older iTunes you can download a separate iPod Updater from Apple. I had problems with my mini for a while and they went away as soon as I updated.
