anyone tried it? heard a lot of good things about it and thinking about trying it…but was wondering about the online play in Taiwan…any lag when you play with friends in NA or EU?
I’ve been wanting to try also. I’ve read there’s no lag problem from people in Australia. I don’t think there should be any problem using it from Taiwan.

So if you’re still worried, you might want to wait a little bit.
Do they have local Taiwan servers? I play Quake Live a bit (x08 there too) and the closest servers are in Japan. Average ping of about 100, on a 10M Hinet. Can tell who’s from Taiwan on those servers because that seems to be the common thing. 100 is okish though and still playable.
