IRAN — The Iranian military was put on high alert today when news surfaced that Dick Cheney had filed for a quail hunting license in Tehran. Initially news surfaced that Bush planned nuclear strikes against Iran, but now Iranian officials believe it was a diversion from their real plan to send in Dick Cheney. There is a massive shortage of orange hunting vests in Tehran at the moment, and some government officials are running to France for safety.

“The evil Satan Bush has had his plan discovered,” said an Iranian official. “We are appealing to the international community for help. This has gone too far, and we believe the United States response to our nuclear ambitions has now gone much too far. We are helpless against Mr. Cheney and his shotgun, and they know it.”
