Original Title: Bush is killing American soldiers.
When will it end? This mess in Iraq is getting worse day by day and Bush is clueless how to fix things. (Yes, I know some of you folks feel it is not Bush’s job to fix the situation in Iraq, even though he caused it to happen and lied to the world about the WMDs Iraq didn’t have). How many more young soldiers have to die before someone holds Bush accountable for what he has created in Iraq?
Newspapers carry daily reports about the number of innocent victims who are dying simply because Bush used bad information as a basis to attack the people of Iraq. Now that Hussein is out of power, what as changed in the world? Not a damn thing. Lives have been lost, money has been wasted but nothing has changed. The threat of terrorism in the world remains the same but Saddam is no longer a threat. Wow. Big relief. Well, as long as Bush and his minions are in power. we can all expect that nothing will change. What America and the world needs is an intelligent leader who can figure out a way for the Iraqi people to govern themselves, and not rely upon Bush for help. It is clear by now that Bush has no idea how to resolve this situation which he started. Too bad.
Yeah, that’s a newsflash.
Hmm……Hey!..Its Monday moprning!
Lets bash 2x elected US President George W. Bush!
yeah…Thats the ticket!
I love the smell of trolls in the morning…Smells like…desperation…
Marion Barry was 4x elected. I guess that would make him twice as good.
. . . Barry was elected to three consecutive terms as mayor [of Wash DC] and held the position for over a decade, until he was arrested smoking crack cocaine with a woman in a sting operation at the Vista Hotel by the FBI and D.C. police on January 18, 1990 for crack use and posession. The incident – played over and over on cable television – produced what is perhaps the most memorable quote of Barry’s long career: “The bitch set me up.”
. . . In 1994, Barry was elected to his fourth and final term as mayor. . .
I agree. It’s boring to hear about or be reminded of the daily death toll that is happening in Iraq. Why talk about that? (After all, we’re in Taiwan. As long as the good folks in China don’t decide to attack Taiwan while the US mililtary is over in Iraq. No, I am sure it will never happen).
I love the smell of fools in the morning…smells like…ignorance.
Bush got elected 2x only if you believe he legitimately got elected the 1st time. (No need to rehash that issue).
Well, let’s hope all those moms and dads who voted for Bush won’t feel too bad when that fool on the hill tries to reinstate the draft and send their boys and girls to a far off land to fight a battle based on lies. I guess they won’t because they can always have another child. And even if they can’t, they can possibly adopt. I hear China has many baby girls which are unwanted. (Damn, I knew that something good would come out of this mess in Iraq).
Very big difference…BUSH WAS NEVER ELECTED. Bush lied and cheated, with the help of his brother Jeb, the Governor of the ‘swing state’ Florida. George Senior recently announced that he wants Jeb to run for office. I have never EVER thought of trading in my US passport, but, shit, if Jeb becomes Prez, I might. GWB is a false president elected under very shady circumstances…the first round overlooked by brother Jeb, the 2nd round by means of archaic law desperately enforced in Ohio by radical, hysteric righ-wingers in a sad attempt (and successful) to block minorities from voting. GWB is a clump of cells that has had every priveledge in the world bestowed upon him…and it’s STILL a close race. That should show you how unpopular he is.
"When he left for the war, Bunn gave an enthusiastic speech to Bradford’s sixth-graders about the duty of “citizen soldiers” to help Iraq’s “nation building.” No one realized how much the mayor had changed until April, when several hundred people gathered downtown to dedicate a patriotic wall . . . (and) gave a graphic speech on the horrors of duty in Iraq and his struggle to survive, then launched into a tirade about the waste of U.S. resources he saw up close. "Let’s trust the President
