Is Darwinism pseudoscience?

not actually, can you give a concrete evidence which can show us how sth became a hen?

There is no debate about this in science because the evidence in support of evolutionary theory is overwhelming. This is only a ‘debate’ for those who have been indoctrinated with creationism. Typically, I grew up in America with fundamentalist Christian parents and never received a basic biological education in high school. Such people have a problem with science in general, not just ‘Darwinism’. We might as well be discussing plate tectonics.

Alternative topic: is anything that contradicts the Bible pseudoscience?

The hardest thing to understand about evolution is the timescale. I think it may be impossible to imagine how long a million years is.

in that case π should stop being irrational, and just be 3 like the good book told it to.

If so, can you answer these questions?

What happened to the other white sock with the blue stripe on top? Can your God answer that?

I didn’t think so.

Plenty of people have done experiments where non-organic carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and other materials forms basic RNA under pressure and heat. When the Harvard professor said we don’t know how life originated, he meant we can’t know for sure the circumstances that generated the favorable conditions. It could be in a volcano, meteor, under the sea. But lately most scientists feel undersea volcano was likely what happened.

same as above. complex things doesn’t mean it has to be designed. In fact if someone really designs something, it should be a lot more elegant. Having things as jumbled as the DNA is exactly the signature when something evolves. Just look at any natural language. If someone sat down and designed a language, it wouldn’t be as messed up.

why couldn’t it? you make a copy error, and suddenly you have twins, when the error is even bigger, you have part of a baby stuck in the body of another. life-chemistry isn’t perfect.

what the frak is that paragraph about? I don’t even understand the logic

too tired and too busy to answer the rest. but the arguments found on that page are all convoluted non-science…
I’m sorry to break the news to you, but Pierre-Paul Grassé died almost 30 years ago. If your best argument against a universally accepted scientific principle is a guy who was criticizing it three decades ago, you should really try to find a better one.

30 years ago, you could have claimed the earth wasn’t warming, that major banks were too big to fail, that 1MB of ram is enough for power users. You could have claimed that evolution isn’t a thing. All of these claims look laughably wrong in today’s world.
of these questiones?

Questions 9, 10, and 11 exhibit such a poor understanding of evolution and biology that if they were asked by an aquaintence, I would change the topic to something their simple minds could comprehend, like how great M Night Shyamalan is as a director.

Yes, I can. But I asked you first. So in the name of truth, compassion and forbearance, please explain the galaxy sized girl phenomena of your belief system, or show us a pic of one, or even just a diagram would do.

Do you have evidence to prove that? Even if that is possible, RNA is not the same as life.

Question 9
Why are the (expected) countless millions of transitional fossils missing?

Question 10
How do ‘living fossils’ remain unchanged over supposed hundreds of millions of years

What is your wise answer to this simple questions?

Question 11

How did blind chemistry create mind/ intelligence, meaning, altruism and morality?

What is your (not poor) understanding to this simple mind’s question?
