If you’ve seen the other threads, you will have seen that it’s debatable (or like you wrote, disputed):
My impression is that both the MOL and NIA have hinted that it’s not a problem, or not their problem… but that’s not something I’d like to be the one to test if it became a problem. It seems to me that performing activities outside of the scope of one’s visa might still be an issue for the NIA if they wanted to take things seriously.
I don’t think you’ll be able to “tackle” this in a convenient way (i.e., without getting some kind of open work permit independent of the remote work and without you or the company opening some representative entity here).
