Is it just me, or is the entry/exit dates online service broken?




Found a bug in it in May, and it worked after that was fixed. (guide for the software setup: )

Can’t confirm right now, since the card reader is elsewhere, but a 404 does not look good. Maybe give Information For Foreigners a call? They were helpful last time for me.

I successfully downloaded my entry and exit dates about a week ago, so this bug must be new.


24hr, but if you call during business hours, sometimes they can transfer you to relevant departments.
