Is it possible to enforce paternity from a Taiwanese Citizen for a Child Born Abroad?

The child won’t even be in Taiwan. Grandparents have no rights for custody. In case you haven’t heard of the child from Brazil whose Taiwan father passed ( mother also deceased ) the the boys Taiwan uncle tried to stop the child returning to live with his mother in Brazil.

Yes, I was thinking that the grandparents force the father to take actions to gain custody…

Kid should know who their father is. Period.

This sounds silly. It makes no difference.

I’m sure the OP would be holding the passport for the child and would have a potential travel block issued.
