So back to the question “Is it possible to obtain a new ARC while my current ARC is still valid?”
In the event my ESL job does not meet expectations and I decide to look for alternative employment (another ESL job), Can I still use the same ARC? Or do I have to leave Taiwan and re-enter while the new employer applies for a new ARC? Can someone please explain the process. Thank you!
