Is my visitor's visa still valid?

Yesterday I put in my notice at work. Today they decided to go ahead and cancel my contract. I had yet to apply for an ARC, but had just changed my landing visa over to a visitor’s visa. Is my visitor’s visa still valid even though the reason I used to apply for it was to work in Taiwan? Do I still have the full 90 days until I have leave the country? Thank you for your help and advice!

You’d better check with Immigration yourself by going there in person with your passport. I don’t think there is any rule or guideline to follow for this situation, so even if it’s happened before to someone else, you may get a different result.

That being said, I tend to think you’ll get the full 90 days.
