i was thinking of trying that restaurant on top of the yuan shan hotel, you know the famous one. is it very good? i’ve heard different things from different people.
Do you mean the dim sum restaurant in the Grand Hotel? If yes, I have been there 5 years ago. I don’t really specially remember the food as being extraordinary, but a visit to the hotel was great.
Even the staff there told me it was just okay ands used mostly by local families to impress each other at. Personally I think they destroy the atmosphere of the place (it has a very nice view over the Keelung) with sloppy attire and screaming kids.
