Now don’t worry, this officer could get in trouble for killing a poor old woman! Because of him an elderly woman died so he is being prosecuted for negligent death!
…Well actually it turns out the officer was on duty to catch people speeding and was fully parked on the shoulder so 100% legal there. The 70yr. old woman on the scooter was riding on the shoulder…and hit the police vehicle and ended up dying. So it seems like this whole case will just be thrown out. Even the deceased’s family has no real opinions on the matter…
Now to be more serious, a driver who killed someone on a scooter last year by rear ending them at a red light has now once again rear ended someone. Last year he got a 6 month sentence, commutable to a fine and a 2yr. suspended sentence since he paid out to the victim’s family and otherwise had a good attitude… Well now he hit someone again at a red light, this time only injuring the other driver.
Oh he was driving a truck delivering goods. Both times.
26yr. old mother turns around to yell at her kid in the back seat and then hits 15 scooters on the side of the road. Of course there’s no sidewalk. If there were any pedestrians that would’ve been really bad. Oh and she doesn’t have a license either. Not exactly what I would call great parenting…
Another bus driver closing the door on a boarding passenger and starting to drive away. Oh there was also a teacher and her students wanting to get on the bus but the driver just closed the door on them. The teacher even accused the driver of recklessly braking hard very often.
@afterspivak careful now, your comments may incite the police to investigate you for potential serious criminal offenses…such as walking with your phone and taking a picture or recording a video. Much more serious and dangerous than illegal parking.
