What would a return ticket set you back?
I don’t know at this stage. Last time i was in Taipei (2 months ago) it would have been a bit more than 10000 NTD if i recall correctly, but now, with Mandarin having implemented regular flights, things might be different, and i’d have to check again.

BTW, i noticed that this website shows the direct fligths between Taipei and Ishigaki:

If you choose a Thursday or Sunday there, you will see TransAsia being mentioned as having a direct flight; if you choose a Wednesday or Saturday you will see Mandarin mentioned the same way.

I don’t see Ishigaki listed on the Mandarin Airlines or TransAsia websites.
