I see there are some other threads, but since it looks like they’re all 10+ years old, figured I’d start a new one.

So I know the used market is virtually nonexistent among Taiwanese, but seeing as I just moved back to Taiwan and I need a good desk, and the best desks are all 50+ years old and a little beat up, figured I’d check.

Anyone know of any flea markets that sell old wooden furniture? I’m in Taoyuan but willing to travel if necessary. Thanks.

I don’t know which part of Taoyuan you’re in, but I drive by this place nearly every day on Minsheng Road (never been inside): Google Maps

Further west, there are actually a couple of second hand furniture stores in this area: Google Maps

This entire block of Heping Rd, as well as Bo’ai Rd one street over, is full of mom & pop furniture stores, so you might wander around that area:
