This is correct. He was charged with breaking secular law concerning obscenity, nothing to do with religion. And the image of the nun would have been included in that.

Secular law my ass. His arrest by a mere mortal is the least of his worries. That kid will suffer an eternity of hellish torment and damnation in a fiery hole a thousand times worse than the countryclub known as Abu Ghraib, for his flagrant disrespect for the Lord our Savior and His humble servants. I have no hatred for that misguided youth, only pity, for his punishment will be certain and everlasting. Amen.
