Fallacy number #1594056. The head is an exposed part of the body, so heat escapes there. It is not a fuel pipe at the top of your body as people who don’t understand science are likely to tell you. Your head is no hotter than any other part of your external body… except your scrotum… should you happen to have one.
Taiwan is probably too conservative for that sort of bra thing in public, Japan too. Hell most places, apart from Eastern Europe, couldn’t deal with such a thing.
