I had a good time out at the Taoyuan Happy Hour at the Joker Bar in Zhongli.

Not much in the way of food, but a good place to have a drink. The Canadian owner, Daniel, was very friendly. Shouted us a few rounds of tequila shots, and chatted with us for much of the night. Excellent service.
