I live in Taichung and I vote Kaohsiung.
If you choose Kaohsiung you need to change your name though :joy:

Kaohsiung. Better range of activities, warmer in the winter, and close to other interesting cities like Tainan and Pingdong, and closer to Kending and Taidong.

You have two lungs (hopefully). You can sacrifice one in each city and enjoy the best of both smogs.
