Where in Hsinchu will you be staying? And how old is your child?
We consider to move around zhudong (hsincu county), or hsinchu city (the area between chiaotung and tsinghua university). My little will be 5 year old in the October. I think she will be joining in 中班 class next academic semester . Currently she enrolls in public kindy in Taipei city.
