What is it about kinesiology? I use it everyday to check foods, vitamins, and a assortment of other things. I teach it to people. Show it to them, demonstrate how it works, why it works, but why don’t people accept the fact that it’s a tool, and like
any tool. Ah well. When people travel and we all do. I’d think you’d want to know
what foods for example you shouldn’t be putting down your throat!
Is it a kind of pseudo-science?
I thought it was the study of biomechanics for things like sports.

That’s how I’ve always understood the term. I didn’t think it had anything to do with food or for that matter thought of it as something that would “work”, any more than physics or biology “works”.

If people don’t believe it works when you explain it to them, it’s probably because it has no legitimate scientific backing.

Same here. Never heard the word used in connection with vitamins etc.
