Don’t know much about Kinmen, but I do believe 2020 is a great year for starting a airline. Cheap aircraft, easy to hire trained pilots and all your competitors are bleeding.

Everyone in Taiwan wants to go abroad. Kinmen is basically abroad. It’s almost a full hour on an airplane!!
