Can’t seem to find any prior mention of breakfast shops in old threads. I think they deserve a thread of their own. I’m thinking of the traditional ones that sell dou jiang (豆漿) and bread (饅頭/小籠包/肉包) rather than the burger places.
Specifically, does anyone know of an online list of those which stay open 24hours (or late at night?). If not, post your favourites, with an address or Google maps reference! I tend to work late or go to the gym late in the evening, so I get the munchies long after most food places have closed. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

there is a really good one on Section 3 Wenxin Road corner to Section 2 Xitun Road in Taichung. They sell all the Chinese style breakfast food and extremely delicious beef noodle soup and they seem to be open 24h. Here is the streetview look
That’s a great spot, we often make a trip there too. You can see the laoban who started the whole chain working every Sunday at the front on his sesame pastries. You can walk through the kitchen and then sit down inside. Love it. Probably the best (Chinese) breakfast shop in the world.
