Kojen contract termination

Does anyone have any experience with terminating a contract at Kojen? I’ve been working there for about 7 months and am considering terminating my contract to go back home. Is it a hassle? All I know is that I would be required to pay for the cost of the airport pickup, the medical exam, and the week of temporary housing.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Get your salary in full first. They’ll have to litigate for the rest, but you’ll probably be home before they ever file it.

Do they really want for you to pay for an airport pickup? Do they really need to scrape NT$100 from people, or do they take you to their temporary housing in a limousine?

Heh I don’t really know why they bother including that. I think the airport pickup, housing, and the medical thing only add up to around 5,200 NT so it shouldn’t be too bad.

They do it to scare people from terminating their contract. It is pretty straight forward.
