Korean Romanizations of Chinese Places and Personalities

Has anyone here ever attempted to do Korean romanizations of certain Chinese historical places and figures?

Examples:
Jiang Zhongzheng = Koreans would call him “Jang Jong-jeong.”
Laozi = “No-ja”
Jizi = “Ki-ja”
Yangzi Jiang (Yangtze River) = “Yang-ja Gang”
Changjiang (another name for Yangtze River) = “Sang-gang”
Zhongguo (“China” in Chinese) = “Jong-kwak”

The prefered Romanization of Korean to use is the McCune-Reischauer method; just like how people use Hepburn for Romaji of Japanese text.
