Looking to find a 3-5 day, all-inclusive ski vacation package to Korea. I hear it’s super duper cheap from Taipei. Anyone know where I can info [in English] on this? or can speak about it from experience? Muchos gracias…
Experience. I found the skiing there to be very disappointing indeed, but that was a couple of decades ago. Maybe its improved, as in new resorts with actual runs that go downhill. 
If you’ve skied before, you’ll find it boring, or at least I did. Forget black runs. Hell, forget red ones. At least the place I went it seemed to be all nursery slopes, with the only danger coming from hordes of drunk Koreans stopped all over the pistes guzzling sujo. No kidding. Pissed out of their minds on the piste. 
Apres ski was also… ahem … “somewhat lacking” is about the most polite description I can come up with.
Pay the extra and go to Hokkaido.
For pretty much the same price, and FAR FAR better skiing, go to Hokkaido later in the season. Seriously: the Korean ski experience is boring and very much catered only to Koreans. Japan has better snow, better mountains, better runs, better food, better accommodation, better ski life all round.
Unless you’re an absolute beginner, and can find lessons there in English (or you speak Korean).
