Labor laws

The foundation I work for has various regulations regarding bonuses, paid and unpaid leave, etc. Apparently these regulations can be viewed on the foundation’s web site, but only in Chinese.
Are these sorts of regulations and policies established by the individual organization, or are they supposed to follow the Taiwan labor laws, ie. are they the same at all big organizations? If they are universal, would anybody know if they are available in English on the web?
