Someone told me about a school for dogs in Shipai where the dogs are trained to be seeing eye dogs. On the MRT I saw a beautiful labrador with a woman who was wearing a shirt that said “Labrador Rescue”. At the time I didn’t need the information but now we really do.
Does anyone here work with that school or know how to reach it? A Google search in English didn’t give me any leads.
