I always have at least two kids in each class who didn’t bring a pencil. Seriously, how can they come to school without a pencil? :loco:

Tsk tsk, you just don’t understand Taiwan.
CE Dict- Those things are heavy and it’s not as if the kid could pronounce the word anyway. Besides by Chinese standards you* are a pretty shitty teacher if you don’t spoonfeed them the answers. You can also add that to the 20lbs worth of books they are already carrying. I have a 1st grader with a backpack that I would have trouble curling, though it seems to be a cheaper version of ForumosaFitness’s kettleballs. *you doesn’t equal you personally Puppet.
Folders- They cost money.
A notebook- Normally supplied by the school. I have yet to see the standard notebooks we grew up with and used in school in Taiwan. I actually brought 3 back to help me keep track of various projects.
Paper- FFS grow a pair and use recycled printer paper like everyone else. 
There’s at least one good corner where they can write their homework on.
This is Taiwan where parents will pay thousands for classes, yet balk and squawk over buying a $30NT notebook. I just can’t wrap my head around that one.
