Ok, here’s the discussion. The importance of cultural literacy when learning a second language.
Even if someone has really good grammer and knows a lot of vocabulary how “fluent” will they be without a healthy amount of culture (so to speak). Becasue I’m tired and it’s late I’ll write more later. I just always wanted to get that other thread cleaned up and never got around to it.
If someone could split up the other thread (taking out all the “they” talk) that would be just lovely, or we can start fresh here.
