I won !.. NT$50 ( or at least what ‘looks’ like NT$50 )… kind of a pink / purple color note with a clear plastic window on it and a gold embossed section in the window.

Yes. It’s a rare “plastic” 50 NT bill. They made them only for a limited run. Legal tender, but most people keep them for the novelty. Waterproof money!
