Dianna Lau has been trained in Kadam Dharma under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years. Dianna is skilled in combining the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teaching and contemporary living. Through her personal experience, she explains clearly and practically how to integrate this wisdom in our daily life, to deal with the different challenges with a positive attitude, which is suitable for modern day people.
The Saturday afternoon classes are held at our center in the Zhongzheng District:
